Early registration for the retreat is $160 per adult! Spots are limited – Register early! Early registration ends at midnight on January 31, 2026.

Regular registration is $195 per adult. Regular registration runs from February 1, 2026, through April 30, 2026.

If any slots are still open, late registration will be available from May 1, 2026, through May 17, 2026, for $250 per adult.

This registration fee includes all meals Friday lunch through breakfast on Monday. It also includes a tent site and electricity as needed.

If you prefer to bring an RV, there is a limited number of RV electrical spots available. This is electrical only, no water or dump station. These sites are available for an additional $15 each for the weekend. First come, first served—reserve your spot early. You may also bring an RV but not hook it up to electricity for no additional cost. The RV should remain quiet during the retreat (no loud generators).

The price includes entry to the retreat with a tent site for the entire retreat. Note that this is the entire amount, not a “nightly” fee. Once you’re in, you are welcome to attend any classes and activities you desire at no additional cost. This includes Reiki attunements, the wide variety of classes we will be offering, Reiki shares, walking the labyrinth, and socializing with other practitioners.

The fee also includes all meals from Friday lunch through breakfast on Monday, water and Gatorade refills (bring your reusable tumbler!), snacks, swag bags, and supplies for activities.

1. Make sure you are attempting to register during the registration period.
2. Make sure you register for an account FIRST. You need to have an account before you can register for the event. After registering for the account and setting a password, you should be able to register for the event. Note that registering for an account does NOT register you for the retreat. Make sure you come back and register for the retreat.
3. Once you have registered, check your email for a verification!
4. If you’re having trouble after verifying the above, use the Contact form.

We can offer refunds until 30 days prior to the event. After that, no refunds will be given.
