Things to know during the retreat

You may smoke, but remember this is LEAVE NO TRACE event. You must dispose of your butts properly, and do NOT leave them on the ground. Please also be respectful of those around you who may not be smokers.

It is recommended you do not use mind-altering substances such as excessive alcohol during the retreat so you can remain present and gain more from the retreat; however, you are expected to do what is necessary for your health.

In general, no. Because it is clothing optional, you cannot take photos of people except with express permission. If you seek permission, make sure you obtain permission from everyone in the background too. It is possible we take some photos for future use on the website, but you will be aware and have the ability to step out of any photo.

You may take photos of objects as long as no people are included.

Easy! Don’t! This is YOUR retreat for YOUR healing and growth. If you don’t think you can handle or don’t want to attend any class or event, then please do whatever you need to do – whether that’s visiting a sacred space, doing personal work, or taking a nap.

Cellular plans utilizing the AT&T towers have service on property; however others often do not.

This is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out event. That means you need to bring trash bags and be prepared to take your trash back home with you to dispose of.

Note: Burnable trash can be placed in the fire!
